1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is on the ground floor.
2. Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is on the ground floor.
3. Bedroom: It is a young bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is in the attic and has sea-nature view.
Air conditioning is standard in all bedrooms and living rooms.
Pool: There is a private swimming pool of 8.5 m x 4 m, depth 1.6 m in the garden.
Kitchen: There is a modern American kitchen with sea and nature views in the villa. In the kitchen, there are oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, 4-stove, pots and pans, 8-person dinnerware, cutlery, tea, coffee, water glasses.
Garden: The large garden of the villa includes a swimming pool, sun loungers, parasol, garden dining table, chairs and a barbecue.
Important Notes:
There is a free wi-fi connection throughout the villa.
The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean way.
Once a week, the interior of the villa is cleaned.
Garden-pool maintenance and cleaning is carried out every day of the week.
There are clean bed linen and towel sets in the bedrooms.
Electricity, water, gas, internet charges are included in the prices and no additional charges are required for these uses.
Additional towels, bed linen, extra cleaning, car rental, insurance, cook, etc. services are not included in the prices and if requested,assistance and guidance are provided by our relevant staf.

Notes: ▪ A 30% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve the villa. A refundable security deposit of £500 is required (which will be returned subject to no breakages, damage or loss, within two weeks of the final day of the holiday) with the final payment which is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. ▪ Our preferred start day is Monday or Saturday (particularly in peak season) but we can be flexible. ▪ We are very flexible to fit in with flight arrivals and departure times and will assist in whatever way we can to accommodate you if you have an early or late flight. Our property manager will greet you on arrival at our villa and will ensure you are settled in. ▪ All bookings must have at least one adult of 21 years plus. ▪ We can arrange transfers to and from the airport and car hire if required. We can advise on flights and provide lots of pre departure information on things to do, restaurants, beach clubs. ▪ Check-in time is from 4pm Checkout time 10am. ▪ Prices originally quoted in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP). ▪ Prices do not include flights and transfers/car hire or insurance. Unless otherwise noted, prices reflect only the cost of a one-week property rental.
