Accommodation is arranged over four floors, with a large roof terrace on the second floor and a spacious swimming pool terrace.
An open plan living space comprising of a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting room space occupies most of the ground floor, with the rest of the space dedicated to a double en-suite bedroom, restroom, and utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The kitchen is fitted with high quality integrated appliances including; stainless steel oven, hob and extractor, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a wine cooler. Work surfaces are granite and the kitchen includes an island unit. The dining area occupies space between the kitchen island and the villas glass frontage enabling wonderful views from the dining table. This area can also be opened up to the pool terrace. The central sitting area occupies almost half the space, again with lovely views. A feature staircase rises to the first floor.

Bedroom 3 – A double bedroom with bed side drawers, large wardrobe, and marble tiled en-suite wet room including a bathtub, rain shower with thermostatic control tap, washbasin, W/C and a mirror with lighting. The room has access to a terrace via sliding glass doors.
Bedroom 4 – A twin bedded room with bed side drawers, built in wardrobe, en-suite shower room and a terrace with sliding glass doors.
Bedroom 5 – A spectacular master bedroom suite that occupies the whole of the top floor, with a double bed, bed side drawers, built in wardrobe, access to a large 47 square metre roof terrace with incredible views of Kalkan bay and the islands. There is an en-suite twin shower, double basins and WC.
145 square metre terrace with 10 cushioned sun loungers, outside seating area, 2 parasols, modern landscaped garden, poolside Jacuzzi, wooden deck and daybed and a 14 X 5.5 metre infinity pool. The pool can be heated upon request for an extra charge (pool heating must be requested a minimum of 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the optimum temperature is achieved).
The centre of Kalkan is a 15-20 minute walk away – the ‘Kalamar Road’ is a 10 minute walk away where you will find a selection of cafes and restaurants plus a couple of mini-markets to supply your essentials. The nearest beach club is Kalamar Beach club which has sea access, a range of water sports available, a bar and restaurant.

▪ A 30% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve the villa. A refundable security deposit of £500 is required (which will be returned subject to no breakages, damage or loss, within two weeks of the final day of the holiday) with the final payment which is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
▪ Our preferred start day is Monday or Saturday (particularly in peak season) but we can be flexible.
▪ We are very flexible to fit in with flight arrivals and departure times and will assist in whatever way we can to accommodate you if you have an early or late flight. Our property manager will greet you on arrival at our villa and will ensure you are settled in.
▪ All bookings must have at least one adult of 21 years plus.
▪ We can arrange transfers to and from the airport and car hire if required. We can advise on flights and provide lots of pre departure information on things to do, restaurants, beach clubs.
▪ Check-in time is from 4pm Checkout time 10am.
