This Villa is a recently renovated property, in a great location, in the very heart of the old town quarter.
The property has been updated to the highest standards and offers comfortable and stylish accommodation for up to 8 guests. Unusually for a property this close to town, it has a good-sized pool for sole use.
Ground floor:
The property’s wooden entrance door, opens out onto an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with an interior of a mix of plastered white wall and stone. To the right is the sitting room with an L-shaped sofa and an armchair with coffee table, plus a large flat screen TV. A dining area seats up to 8 guests and the stylish kitchen features and island and breakfast bar with 4 chairs and includes a range of modern appliances such as dishwasher, kettle and toaster, built in microwave, oven, hob and fridge-freezer.
A large guest cloakroom is located on this floor.
A doorway has access to a Juliette balcony and a sliding door leads out onto the courtyard-style pool area.
The terrace area surrounding the pool has 6 loungers in total, plus parasols and the pool itself is 5 metres x 4 metres and 1.65 metres deep.
Lower ground floor:
On the lower ground floor of the house, there are two double bedrooms, each with marble en-suite shower rooms.
A washing machine can be found beneath the stairs and an opaque glass door leads out onto a communal courtyard area that has steps leading up from the street.
First floor:
The large landing on the first floor features a pleasant seating area.
There are two further double bedrooms on this level and again each of these has an en-suite shower room. These bedrooms also have Juliette balconies.
A staircase leads up to the villa’s roof terrace which has lovely views over the old town towards the harbour. A cushioned seating set is provided, together with a swing seat.

Wifi internet connection is provided
Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
A full clean + linen change carried out weekly, ie, if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean + linen change will be carried out (if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean + linen change)

Notes:
▪ A 30% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve the villa. A refundable security deposit of £500 is required (which will be returned subject to no breakages, damage or loss, within two weeks of the final day of the holiday) with the final payment which is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
▪ We are very flexible to fit in with flight arrivals and departure times and will assist in whatever way we can to accommodate you if you have an early or late flight. Our property manager will greet you on arrival at our villa and will ensure you are settled in.
▪ All bookings must have at least one adult of 21 years plus.
▪ We can arrange transfers to and from the airport and car hire if required. We can advise on flights and provide lots of pre departure information on things to do, restaurants, beach clubs.
▪ Flights and Airport transfers are not included in the price of the villa. Check-in time is from 4pm Checkout time 10am.
