Right next to the villa, our 5 bedroom villa is rented with another villa and the capacity reaches 20 people. Villa is a region with the most beautiful sea and Kalkan views of Kalkan and has a magnificent sea view.
Kitchen: Modern American kitchen with sea view has a water dispenser, cutlery, refrigerator, toaster, microwave oven, washing machine, built-in oven, electric kettle, toaster, pans and pots, 10-person dinner set and dining table. The kitchen is located on the pool floor.
Living Room: In the air-conditioned living room with sea view, there is a modern sofa set, satellite receiver, LCD TV, DVD Player and washbasin. There is an exit from the lounge to the pool side.
1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom, toilet and exit to the pool.
2nd Bedroom: 1 double round bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom, toilet, jacuzzi heated indoor pool and balcony with sea view.
3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony with sea view.
4th Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.
5th Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

It is 12.5 meters x 3.7 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.
Indoor Pool Size
It is 4 meters x 2 meters wide and 1 meter deep.
Garden: The garden and pool of the villa with private garden are maintained and cleaned once a day by the staff. In the garden there is a barbecue, dining table and chairs, parasol, pool and sun loungers.

A refundable security deposit of £500 is required (which will be returned subject to no breakages, damage or loss, within two weeks of the final day of the holiday) with the final payment which is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. ▪ Our preferred start day is Monday or Saturday (particularly in peak season) but we can be flexible. ▪ We are very flexible to fit in with flight arrivals and departure times and will assist in whatever way we can to accommodate you if you have an early or late flight. Our property manager will greet you on arrival at our villa and will ensure you are settled in. ▪ All bookings must have at least one adult of 21 years plus. ▪ We can arrange transfers to and from the airport and car hire if required.
