Description
This Villa is located in the Kızıltaş area of Kalkan and has a wonderful sea view. This villa is newly built and provide excellent quality accommodation with fantastic views over Kalkan bay. It has three bedrooms and one bedroom has a jacuzzi.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor
Light and spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The well-equipped kitchen includes appliances such fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven and microwave. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. The washing machine is placed in the kitchen.
First floor
This floor houses 2 bedrooms, both doubles with en-suite shower room with travertine marble finish. The double bedroom has a sea view balcony furnished with a table and 2 chairs. The other room has two single beds and has floor-to-ceiling windows that offer wonderful sea views.
Second floor
This floor has one double bedroom with en-suite shower room. This bedroom opens to a large terrace through sliding doors. Terrace and bedroom also have magnificent sea views.
Outside the villa
A good sized infinity pool and terrace area with ample sun loungers and parasols. Barbecue and a 6-person outdoor shaded dining area are also provided.

Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis – therefore, is staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is carried out. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change

▪ A 30% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve the villa. A refundable security deposit of £500 is required (which will be returned subject to no breakages, damage or loss, within two weeks of the final day of the holiday) with the final payment which is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
▪ We are very flexible to fit in with flight arrivals and departure times and will assist in whatever way we can to accommodate you if you have an early or late flight. Our property manager will greet you on arrival at our villa and will ensure you are settled in.
▪ All bookings must have at least one adult of 21 years plus.
▪ We can arrange transfers to and from the airport and car hire if required. We can advise on flights and provide lots of pre departure information on things to do, restaurants, beach clubs.
▪ Check-in time is from 4 pm Checkout time 10 am.
