Located in an elevated position in Kalamar bay among some of Kalkan’s finest properties, there are sea and mountain views from many parts of the property and terraces. The master bedroom suite occupies an entire floor and its full width deep terrace is a very compelling feature of the property in our opinion.
The accommodation in detail:
Accommodation is arranged over three floors, with the living area on the ground floor, and bedrooms on the first and second floors. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi and satellite flat screen television.
Sliding glass doors to the pool terrace and glass to two other aspects flood the room with sunlight and extend the views into the living space to spectacular effect. The space comprises of a living room area, dining area, and kitchen equipped to self-cater. There is a shower room on this level and access to stairs rising to the first floor.
Bedroom 1 & 2 – There are two bedrooms on this floor, a twin and a double. The double room, towards the front of the space has a large en-suite bathroom and a wrap-around sea view balcony. The twin has an en-suite shower room and has views forward as well as a side balcony also with sea views.
Bedroom 3 – The master bedroom with large en-suite shower and a spacious sea view terrace occupy the second floor.
The furnished swimming pool area has been designed to make the most of the wonderful Kalkan climate with space to sunbathe, dine, and relax in a shady ottoman seating area. The dining space is covered and there are sea views from many parts of the terrace. The private infinity swimming pool has a Jacuzzi section. Areas of planting add colour and fragrance to the pool terrace.
There is parking available outside or very close to the property.
Kalkan centre is approximately a 20-25 minute walk from this location or under a 5 minute drive in a hire car or taxi.

▪ A 30% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve the villa. A refundable security deposit of £300 is required (which will be returned subject to no breakages, damage or loss, within two weeks of the final day of the holiday) with the final payment which is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
▪ Our preferred start day is Monday or Saturday (particularly in peak season) but we can be flexible.
▪ We are very flexible to fit in with flight arrivals and departure times and will assist in whatever way we can to accommodate you if you have an early or late flight. Our property manager will greet you on arrival at our villa and will ensure you are settled in.
▪ All bookings must have at least one adult of 21 years plus.
▪ We can arrange transfers to and from the airport and car hire if required. We can advise on flights and provide lots of pre departure information on things to do, restaurants, beach clubs.
▪ Check-in time is from 3pm Checkout time 11am.
