You will first need to search the properties and choose the one you like.

Then send us the enquiry form or call us on +44 7979 7575 91 or +44 208 942 3465 with questions regarding the property, and we will reply to any queries and double check availability for your dates.

We will then take your details and reserve the property for you until receipt of your booking form (Online booking form) which you will find as a link on the bottom of each property and on the main menu.

By sending back the completed booking form you accept the properties and our terms and conditions of booking.

Together with the booking form you will need to make a payment of 20% non refundable deposit either by cheque or bank transfer, and the further 80% payment will be made 8 weeks prior to departure date by  credit card, cheque or bank transfer.

Some owners will request a breakage deposit (please read extra notes at the bottom of the property description) which you will need to send to us and we will keep until your holiday is over and the property has been checked and found in working order as it was prior to your arrival.
