Conditions: Prices quoted are per week for up to 10 guests. If your holiday dates span two price brackets (eg: last week June, first week July), the rental rate will be calculated on a daily basis. Price includes weekly cleaning + all sheets and linens.
Rental Terms & conditions: A deposit of 20% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £100 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 8 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 8 and 2 weeks prior departure 50% 2 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 1pm Check-out time 12am.
Booking Procedure: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of £250 is required along with your final balance payment. This will be will be returned in to you in full within 2 weeks of your return home, provided there are no major breakages/damages to the villa or its contents (other than normal wear and tear).
