The villa is fully air conditioned, and comprise of an open plan ground floor, with a shower room furnished with; two bed settees, coffee table, satellite TV, 3 disc cd (mp3) stereo player, Dining Table and chairs. The kitchen is fitted with fridge, dish washer, washing machine, electric oven, gas hob, coffee maker, juicer, toaster etc .
It offers 3 Bedrooms with 1 Double bed, 1 twin bed and 1 single bed, and 2 large sofa where two adults would be able to sleep.
New for 2008 - the villa has a safe in which you can keep your valuables plus a good selection of games,dvds,cds and books all designed to enhance your holiday experience in Turkey. Now that the gardens have matured the terrace and pool areas afford a high level of privacy - with the chance of picking a banana. To assist on your arrival a welcome pack will be provided to help you settle in and start your holiday on the right foot. The nearest shops - 2 which sell everyday groceries and an excellent greengrocers are 5 minutes walk.
Next door to these is a wonderful traditional Turkish restaurant which does a very good breakfast and has probably the best views in Kalkan. It is not essential to have a car but it is a plus if you do as you are more able to take yourself off to various locations in the Kalkan area. The walk to the centre of Kalkan is approx. 15 minutes - downhill and a bit longer on the way back as uphill.
