A beautiful two bedroom apartment on the first floor. The first bedroom is a twin, the second a double. Both have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The kitchen/breakfast bar has a cooker, with electric hob,a fridge, water cooler, toaster and iron. The windows are double glazed and fitted with mosquito screens, which combined with it's position on the first floor keep the room suprisingly cool.
All linen is provided, with the exception of pool and beach towels, and is changed twice weekly when the apartment is cleaned. The swimming pool and sunbed terraces are set in well matured gardens. A special feature is the roof terrace, which is shared with the other one and two bed apartments.
There are only six in total. The roof terrace has plenty of comfortable chairs, tables, a barbecue and w/c. From here there are special views of Kalkan and its bay on one side and Kalamar Bay on the other.
