The Villa is a beautiful, spacious, semi-detached villa for maximum of 10 people, 200m from the sea, 3 minutes drive to the Kalkan harbour, offering fabulous views over Kalkan Bay.

4 bedrooms, a large lounge area with kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a large terrace are in the main house. The 5th bedroom (en-suite) and second lounge area with kitchen is placed on the pool floor with a separate entrance. The villa has been decorated in a modern style offering a taste of light coloured summer house.

All bedrooms and lounge areas have airconditioning. 2 of the bedrooms are en-suite, the rest 3 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and built-in oven.

The lounge area has large sofas, dining tables, big size LCD TV with sattellite TV and DVD Player. There is selection of DVDs, CDs and books. The private pool -furnished with lounge chairs, parasols and seatings- overlooks the twinkling blue bay beyond. The large terraces have been furnished with rocking chair, dining table with parasol and seatings including a trolley BBQ as well. Being on the West facing side of the bay, you can be guaranteed all day sunshine and watch the fabulous sunsets.

Transfers to and from Dalaman Airport are not included but can be arranged for you. Please enquire at time of booking. Changeover day Friday, (we will try to accommodate other start dates if it is possible.) Flights are not included.

Check in time is from 4.00 p.m. (we will try to accommodate other start times if it is possible.) Check out time 11.00 a.m. (we will try to accommodate other start times if it is possible.) Car hire can be arranged for you and paid for locally, please enquire at time of booking. The villa is cleaned and linen changed once a week. Deposit required is 20% Balance due 6 weeks prior departure plus £200 loss and breakage deposit.

Cancellation charges :- up to 6 weeks prior to arrival loss of deposit. Between 6 - 2 weeks prior to arrival 50% of rental cost, between 2 weeks and departure 100% of rental cost.

Conditions: The villa does have an infinity swimming pool which children must be supervised at all times when using the pool. There are 2 sets of steps to the main house and terrace. Therefore the villa may not be suitable for the wheelchairs. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Welcome pack provided on arrival. Cots and highchairs can be pre-booked via owner. Car hire can be arranged and delivered for your arrival. Pool and garden looked after daily. Our helpful maintanence agent is English speaking and will help out when needed.
