All rooms are air conditioned. The ground floor has folding back doors allowing air to circulate freely through the heat of the day. Access to the villa is by a set of stairs at the front. A welcome pack and information booklet with emergency numbers and contact details of the managing agent in Kalkan are provided. We ask visitors not to smoke indoors. The marble flooring inside and out becomes slippery when wet, please take special care, particuarly families with very small children and the elderly. There are mosquito machines in all bedrooms.

We can also provide a cot, high chair and blender for families travelling with young children.

Because of steps in and out of the villas it is not suitable for people having mobility problems.

The style continues outside with a good-sized private pool (3.5 mt x 7.5 mt depth 1.7 mt), pool shower, sun terrace furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas, BBQ and dining area.

The town centre, with its well known atmosphere and excellent selection of restaurants and shops, is a 5 minute walk. Kalkan is situated in south west Turkey on the Mediterranean coast know as the Turquiose Coast. It is 30mins from Kas, 1 hour from Olu Deniz and Fethiye. For the 'culture vulture', Kalkan is ideally situated for exploring the ancient landmarks in Lycia, the medieval towns in the Taurus Mountains and the beautiful unspoilt coastline with Byzantian Fortresses.

Kalkan has so many exciting leisure activities from diving to waterskiing, cannoeing to horse riding. A favourite is spending the day on a Turkish Gulet savouring the beauty of the area, swimming, diving and enjoying the fabulous Turkish hospitality and food.this can be from Kalkan or Kas, especially the ones visiting the Kekova island-sunken city.
