Inside, the property is over 3 floors and includes 5 bedrooms (2 of which are open plan), 4 bathrooms, large lounge and dining area, fully fitted kitchen, Ottoman style chill area, first floor open balcony and a second floor roof terrace.
The villa will sleep 10 comfortably and 12 if utilising the sofa bed situated in the lounge. It is possible to sleep a total of 14 if your party includes smaller children, as the Ottoman style area can double as a sleeping area.

The lounge area enjoys open views of the sea via large patio doors which open directly onto the marble tiled terrace, creating that perfect ambience for those long warm summer evenings. For the winter months there is an open fire place which can be used if needed.
The property is unique, in that wherever you are situated, inside or outside, the views are stunning, probably the best in Kalkan!
On the terrace, no matter where you choose to place your sun lounger the view is uninterrupted. The sun terrace is large enough for all to occupy without feeling crowded and there are areas at the side and rear of the villa perfectly suitable for private relaxation in the shade and adjacent to garden area.
There is access from first floor bedrooms onto a large open balcony and from second floor bedrooms onto a roof terrace, both ideal for relaxing away from the pool area and again with those wonderful sea views.
The second floor rooms and roof terrace are perfectly suited to teenage children as it provides their own private relaxation/playing area if and when they choose to chill out on their own.
The infinity swimming pool is a key feature and is perfectly situated at the front of the property.
There is no better way to cool down by relaxing in the pool, with a chilled cocktail whilst enjoying that amazing sea view!
