The light and airy ground floor has air conditioning and is open plan, it has a large sitting room area with TV, a kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, cooker and hob, dishwasher and microwave oven and a dining area with a table and chairs for 6 people, it has a large patio door leading onto the terrace furnished for al fresco dining. A marble staircase leads to the first floor with 2 bedrooms, a large master bedroom with a king size bed air conditioning unit and an en suite shower room. It has a door leading onto a large furnished balcony with views over Kalkan and the bay.

The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning unit and an en suite shower room, it also has a door leading to the balcony with views over Kalkan and the bay. The staircase continues to the 2nd floor and bedroom 3 with a single bed. There is also a 'Z' bed available if necessary enabling a total of 6 people to stay. It has a sloping roof and an alcove housing a washing machine and a wash hand basin.

There are 2 doors leading to a large roof terrace furnished with 2 comfortable sofas and has stunning views over Kalkan, the Bay and Islands beyond. Outside is a large terrace with a pergola giving plenty of areas of sun and shade and a large swimming pool. There are ample sun beds and parasols around the pool.
