Our private villa is built from local marble and stone. The kitchen is open-plan style with large concertina (5m wide) French windows onto the terrace. Large infinity pool overlooking the Mediterranean. The terrace with built in stone BBQ, table tennis table and sun loungers.
The villa is situated in Kalamar Bay, Kalkan, we think the more peaceful bay of the two adjoining bays. It is just 5 mins walk from the sea, where safe swimming, watersports and diving take place.
Bedrooms: Master bedroom, double bed, walk in wardrobe. Main guest bedroom, double bed. Both with sea views and access to large terrace with hammock. 2 further bedrooms with twin beds. Bedroom 5 with 5 single beds. Ideal for children.
Bathrooms: Master bedroom and bedroom 5, both en-suite bathrooms. All other bedrooms have spacious en-suite shower rooms.
Kitchen: Gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, large chest freezer, dishwasher, double sink with the best views. Almost worth offering to do the washing up! Utility Room: Washing machine in top bathroom. Living Rooms: 42" plasma with DVD. Music system for CD and iPod.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: All linen and house towels. Beach towels available by separate agreement. Cleaning team come in daily to remove rubbish and supply drinking water. The team clean and change linen twice a week. They are grade A. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. Heating. Villa has been used by 3 year olds and a 93 year old - and they have all loved it. Any surface is slippery when wet. Children should not be allowed to use the pool without adult supervision. Pools are inherently dangerous.
Additional flat - 1 double bedroom and triple room, kitchen, large sitting room. Terrace with wonderful views - available by separate negotiation. Only let with villa.
