Nestled into the hillside providing probably the best panoramic views over Kalkan harbour and the beautiful island strewn bay... Facing southwest to enjoy the golden sunsets, the Villa boasts a truly stunning location, the perfect setting for a magical Turkish holiday. The Villa can sleep 11 guests very comfortably, suiting families or a group of close friends, affording them lots of space and privacy. Alternatively couples and small families looking for a relaxed holiday amongst the lovely citrus and flower filled gardens can also lease the villa.

This modern Villa is just a few minutes drive from the Village centre and has private off road parking for two cars. The property is split into 2 separate accommodations, the Villa itself and a boutique apartment just below. Almost all rooms have lovely large windows allowing cool breezes, and providing the most stunning of views. The front entrance of the Villa leads you into an open plan area containing a washroom.

There is a spacious lounge with comfortable armchairs and a double sofa bed. Off the lounge, slightly raised is the fitted kitchen and dining area with French doors leading to the poolside. There is a door leading off the lounge out on to the lovely private patio/ terrace containing a fantastic fresh water swimming pool.

There are lots of sun beds, and ample patio furniture and a barbeque for guests to enjoy. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor where you will find two fitted double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and balcony providing those amazing sea views. A few steps down from the villa is the self-contained cool and airy apartment with stone features throughout and lovely views from its own long terrace. The apartment comfortably sleeps 5 people. It has a large double bedroom boasting a king-sized four-poster bed and ample bedroom furniture.

There is also a small single bedroom, also equipped with furniture, a large bathroom, a spacious lounge area with comfortable armchairs and a double sofa bed. The apartment has a newly fitted kitchen complete with fridge, toaster, kettle etc. All bedrooms and lounge areas in both the villa and the apartment benefit from air-conditioning. The villa can also boast a newly built stone BBQ for alfresco dining. The pool and the terrace are well equipped with subtle lighting for atmospheric drinks at night. Recently the Villa has been fitted with double glazed wood effect windows and doors and has been redecorated inside and outside.

Places of interest Kaputas beach Less than 15 minutes drive from the villa this gorgeous white sandy beach sits at the mouth of a huge dramatic gorge. Patara beach One of the largest unspoilt stretches of sandy beach in the whole Mediterranean. If you are lucky you might see the protected loggerhead turtles as they often nest in the sand dunes. Xanthos, Patara Myra If its antiquity you’re looking for the area around Kalkan is littered with sites, from Lycian rock tombs to majestic roman amphitheatres. Saklikent Saklikent is an amazing natural wonder. You can walk the through a spectacular steep gorge where huge volumes of snow melt water gushes from the rocks. A great photo opportunity while enjoying a cooling drink by the river. Kas A breathtaking 30-minute drive along one of the best coastal roads in Turkey brings you to the bustling harbour town of Kas - great for shopping and you can even take a boat trip across to the Greek island of Meis.

Islamlar Just 10 minutes drive into the mountains nestles the quaint village of Islamlar, here you can take a break from the heat of the day and enjoy locally farmed fresh trout.

A security deposit of £500 is also required at time of paying balance . This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses.
