Each of the bedrooms has its own character but are all united by an attention to detail, fine materials and opulent comfort. The richly marbled bathrooms create a sense of discreet luxury. You may not want to leave the villa! But if you do, you will find plenty to see and do. The Kalamar Beach Club is just 300 mtrs and the unspoilt village of Kalkan, offering a variety of restaurants and interesting shops, is approximately a fifteen to twenty minute stroll away. With a five minute taxi ride back to the villa after an evening out if you don’t feel like the walk. Villa is ideal for a relaxing break.
Imagine yourself here...The only decision you have to make at Villa is how to enjoy yourself next. Will you lounge on a sun bed on the spacious terrace by the infinity pool, take a dip, relax in the bubbling jacuzzi, sit in the shade of the tiled pergolas and lose yourself in a novel or simply gaze out across the bay. For your comfort, all rooms are fitted with air-conditioning which can also be used for heating. The ground floor is cooled adequately by two large ceiling fans and plenty of doors that open onto the terrace. A welcome pack of basic provisons is provided. Please note: Smoking is not permitted in the house, on the balconies or on the terraces.

Conditions: The rental price of the villa includes a daily maid service with a linen and towel change twice a week. The pool, sun terrace and gardens are maintained on a daily basis.
A 40% non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure a booking and the balance will be due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Please note: A damage deposit for £250 is required along with your final balance payment - this will be held during your stay and will be returned into your bank account in full within 2 weeks of your return home, provided there are no major breakages/damages to the villa or its contents (other than normal wear and tear)
