The villa is a Mediterranean style four bedroom villa with cream marble floors throughout and en-suite bathrooms in all bedrooms. It has a gorgeous private pool and terrace area in front of the villa with a table & chairs to seat 8 people.

The comfortable lounge has floor to ceiling windows and doors that lead onto the terrace. It provides TV, DVD & CD player along with a selection of games and books. The dining area also has floor to ceiling windows along with a table that seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a washing machine. Villa has air conditioning throughout. Luxury bath and pool towels are provided. An outside shower, 8 luxury sun loungers and 2 huge parasols complete the lower floor. The first & second floors each have a double bedroom featuring a super king size bed and a twin bedroom.

All bedrooms, apart from the second floor twin room,open onto balconies with tables & chairs for your relaxing pleasure. The roof terrace is equipped with a sink, a fridge, table & chairs, additional sunbeds and another huge parasol: ideal for enjoying long summer evenings while gazing across amazing panoramic views of the sea & mountians. The villa is bright, airy & furnished to an exceptionally high standard.

A security deposit of £100-200 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses.
