All bedrooms have their own bathrooms, two double beds and one twin.

The villa offers a comfortable and spacious environment with a kitchen lounge open plan space and a large patio with comfortable dining and lounging.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom: king-size bed, ensuite with jacuzzi, balcony.
Bedroom 2: double bed, ensuite, balcony.
Bedroom 3: twin beds, separate bathroom, access to roof terrace.
Bathrooms: Master en-suite: jacuzzi and overhead shower.

Bathroom 4: guest cloakroom.

All bathrooms are tiled in marble.

Kitchen: The modern kitchen has a granite worktop and is fully equipped with fan oven, fridge/freezer, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, plus utensils, glasses, cutlery and crockery.

Utility Room: There is a utility room complete with washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer and plenty of drying space.

Living Rooms: The stylish and spacious open-plan living room has a 3-seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, 2 armchairs, dining table, attractive fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, CD player, internet access and patio doors to the pool terrace, affording fabulous views of the bay.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: The villa is cleaned on a Monday.
Towels and bedlinen (including pool towels) are included and changed weekly when the villa is cleaned throughout.

A welcome hamper is provided on arrival

All rooms have sea views. The pool, terrace and garden are tended regularly.
Guests receive a welcome hamper on arrival. The villa is suitable for families, couples and children, although because of the pool depth very young children need to be supervised outside.

The villa's large sun terrace has a built-in BBQ and is furnished with luxury wooden sunbeds, cushions, tables and parasols. The private pool is on the large side for Kalkan, at 10 x 5 metres, and there is a convenient pool-side shower. For alfresco dining there is a beautiful, shaded marble table that affords views over the pool, bay and mountains and the villa's pretty garden.

Chngeover day is Monday. Arrival time at the villa is 3pm and departure time 12am, although we will be flexible wherever possible.
