What was originally designed as an exclusive boutique hotel is now a collection of nine unique and individual apartments. Sharing a pool and sun terrace with stunning views over Kalkan bay and over the town, these apartments have wowed guests since they opened in 2005. Komurluk is becoming a much more exclusive area than the Kalamar road and retains the original charm of Kalkan.
Our apartment is set mid way down the property. The lounge is contemporary and stylishly furnished with DVD player, CD and radio with collection of DVDs and CDs for guest use. The air conditioned lounge opens onto a lovely balcony with dining area - the views are breath taking and it is the ideal location to sit and relax with a glass of wine and a bowl of olives! Leading away from the lounge is a fully stocked kitchen with large work top area.
All essentials are provided to cook a quick snack through to a four course gourmet dinner. There is a dining area that seats four. Leading off the lounge is a third shower room/WC with a utility room. A washing machine, iron and board are located here. The two bedrooms also lead off the lounge. Both bedrooms are ensuite and air conditioned and have sea views. The master bedroom has a 6' bed and a balcony with forward facing views over the bay. The guest room has a double bed and a side terrace with sea views. Both rooms are double glazed and have plenty of storeage. The guest room also has a second DVD player/TV. All towels and bedding are provided a maid service is provided by an on site attendant. Linen and towels changed during your stay. For safety and security, the apartment is fitted with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers and a safe for the storeage of valuables.
The town of Kalkan is a 15 minute walk away or a short taxi ride. The town caters well for apartment or villa guests including supermarkets, banks, post office, bars and restaurants.
